The S&E Pathways to Leadership (PTL) program offers college graduates a 13-week immersion experience in the sports and entertainment industry. During this time, PTL Managers will learn all aspects of management operations, including accounting, human resources, concessions, retail, food and beverage sales, housekeeping, cafeteria, culinary, warehouse operations and conference planning. Managers are each assigned a coach who will guide them through the program, acting as a mentor.
Potential locations for the program include Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Boston, Houston, Anaheim, Oakland and Columbus. Depending on the participant's experience and program performance, PTL Managers may graduate directly to an entry-level management position with one of our national accounts.
