Objectives

• Understand the ARAMARK context in which they are leading.
• Assess their own leadership strengths and set specific goals for development.
• Gain insight into different behavioral styles.
• Learn basic supervisory skills including: setting priorities, listening, questioning and feedback.
• Learn and practice effective ways to lead a diverse team, delegate and follow up, and develop a high performing team.
• Develop stronger ARAMARK network, within and across LOBs.
